- Work cross-functionally with heads of the product and marketing departments to develop and iterate go-to market solutions
- Collaborate with management to set sales goals and forecast subscription revenue growth on a quarterly and annual basis, and be responsible for meeting the targets set
- Understand the needs of prospective customers, perform personalized product demonstrations, and provide individualized pricing quotes to meet sales goals
- Recruit, train, and retain a top-performing team of sales representatives to handle increasing inbound of leads in order volume to meet the overall ARR targets
- Define sales metrics and manage the sales team's CRM to achieve transparency of pipelines and opportunities, and establish repeatable sales-related procedures
- Collaborate with the customer success team to provide great customer experience through the handoff
