Head of Sales

Let's talk about Andata's opening for a Head of Sales. In this revenue-generating role, you will work with company leaders and employees from various teams to solve customer problems, define our sales process, and take our revenue function to the next stage of growth.
In this role, you will:
- Work cross-functionally with heads of the product and marketing departments to develop and iterate go-to market solutions

- Collaborate with management to set sales goals and forecast subscription revenue growth on a quarterly and annual basis, and be responsible for meeting the targets set

- Understand the needs of prospective customers, perform personalized product demonstrations, and provide individualized pricing quotes to meet sales goals

- Recruit, train, and retain a top-performing team of sales representatives to handle increasing inbound of leads in order volume to meet the overall ARR targets

- Define sales metrics and manage the sales team's CRM to achieve transparency of pipelines and opportunities, and establish repeatable sales-related procedures

- Collaborate with the customer success team to provide great customer experience through the handoff
The right candidate will have:
- Demonstrated a track record of achieving sales targets with mid-market companies and enterprises

- 5+ years of combined experience in Inside Sales (SDR/BDR/AE)

- 2+ years of experience managing sales representatives and setting sales team objectives

- An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed

- Technological savvy and problem-solving chops

- Experience selling SaaS products in fast-growing companies preferred

- Experience working within the marketing industry is a plus

- A bachelor's degree or comparable qualifications
